The coming together of different worlds forged by an alchemy that is guided by a respect for nature, intention and patience meets its expression in Yellow by Forthave. Based on a natural wine of 100% Cayuga made for the distillery by Liten Buffel in western New York three separate infusions are made with rare white génépi flowers from a single grower in the Savoie alpine region of France, before all is blended together. The wine base, separate infusions and deft blending make for a liqueur that is less harsh, less bitter, more approachable and easily enjoyed on ice, with a splash of sparkling water or mixed up.
