Notes
G-Ray is a macerated Pinot Grigio coming from an old vineyard in Arzignano, near Vicenza in Veneto. Its grapes are chemical free (no pesticides, no herbicides, etc). The wine ferments with indigenous yeast in stainless steel vats and the extended skin contact (10 days) gives way to the typical Ramato style, following the old local tradition. No added sulfites.
