After 35 years of biodynamic agriculture and the production of grapes for sale to third parties, Carlo and Lucia give life to the Terracanta project, starting from a solid agricultural foundation and a crystalline passion for natural wine. Located at the foot of the Vallericcia crater, between Albano and Ardea, Castelli Romani.
The first harvest of Valle Caia is a gem of territoriality interpreted without brakes: short maceration on the skins and aging for 9 months in underground amphora (qvevri). A wine and a cellar not to be underestimated!
