A orange/rosê style of wine, made with the white wine grapes of Riesling, Silvaner and Pinot Gris. The color all comes from contact with the skins of the Pinot Gris, which is actually a pink-berried variety. Biodynamically farmed grapes, native yeast fermentation, no filtering or fining, and no sulfites added.
