Domaine Rochebin’s Herisson is a blend of sustainably farmed gamay and pinot noir from Mâcon in the Burgundy region of east-central France. 

The grapes are fully destemmed and allowed to macerate for one week. They are fermented in stainless steel and then racked into a cement tank.

This pairs well with pastas, pizzas, pork dishes, and anything in need of something light and refreshing beside it.
