Sarnin - Berrux 's Syrah Sud is a red wine made from grapes harvested in the south-east of the Rhône Valley , above Faucon (600 m) planted in Guyot and vinified in Burgundy. Manual harvest. Biodynamic agriculture without the use of SO2. Alcoholic fermentation with native spontaneous yeasts in truncated cone foudres and aged for 10 months in old 228 l French oak barrels.
