Notes
Nesterec achieves a wonderful marriage of pinot noir and Zweigelt in this beautiful 1L bottle of wine. Light to medium body red that exudes of violet, black & white pepper. Bright in texture and acidity. Silky smooth tannins, and notes of red cherries. Slight malo-lactic is detectable which gives it rounder edges. Would pair well with light BBQ fares, burgers and other finger foods. Cheese balls.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Milan Nestarec’s vineyards comprise 8 hectares across two wine growing municipalities: Moravský Žižkov and Velké Bílovice. No herbicides are used and the vines are worked organically. Milan believes that gentle methods of growing grapevines and grape processing give the best result. All wines in the cellar are fermented spontaneously and they are usually vinified in oak and acacia barrels.
