Podere San Biagio Cafone is a juicy and easy red wine to share with friends or have with a rustic Italian meal. Dark berry fruit, earthy spices, and drying tannins. Spontaneous fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging in steel and then in the bottle for a year and a half to smooth out acidity and tannins.
