Il Farneto is a sparkling wine from Emilia made by Spergola and Chardonnay grapes, produced according to the Classic Method and aged for 12 months on the lees. The perfumes are delicate and pleasant, of white flowers and bread crust. The taste is lively, clean and persistent.
