Sparkling wine made from Glera grapes according to a style that has been developed in the area throughout the 80’s. The fermentation process takes place in steel tanks and lasts around 10 days. The ‘prise de mousse’ follows the Charmat procedure and it is led by indigenous yeasts.
Intense bouquet, marked fruity notes, a slightly bitter aftertaste. A very versatile wine for the whole meal, ideal for the happy hour.
