A stunning example of what the Airen grape is capable of when treated with care. Airen is Spain's most widely planted grape, often relegated to bulk wines and distillation due to its high output. However, if given care it makes a lovely, complex and textured white  wine.

These grapes are farmed organically, native yeast fermented and not filtered or fined. There is a touch of skin contact as well, giving the wine a tiny bit of tannin like earl grey tea.
