Weißburgunder (pinot blanc) from several parcels of young vines grown in soils. The composition of the soils creates a more balanced style of wine - one that integrates lightness and creaminess with fresh acidity in every harmonious sip. Aged for just 6 months on the lees, the wines are able to find a natural stability and genuine expression of itself before bottling.

The long aging time on the lees also allows for a wine that is softer around the edges, but still precise in its freshness. Tropical and floral notes are evoked up front with an earthy, umami finish.
