This is a sunkissed white blend from Fabien Jouves who works several plots of certified (Demeter/Biodyvin) biodynamic vines between the towns of Quercy and Cahors in the southern French region of Occitanie.

Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Chardonnay, and Semillon.

Staff note: phenomenal exotic white that's a great alternative to the usual felons.
