A red rhone blend from old vines averaging 80 years--Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre. Harvested by hand and fermented using carbonic maceration followed by short aging in stainless steel, resulting in a super fresh,slightly spritzy, aromatic, red.
Natural yeast, no added sulfur. Farmed with organic practices.
