WHAT IS IT
Our bourbon is sourced from a world renowned distillery that has been making the highest quality bourbon and rye since 1847 right here in the great state of Indiana. This 90 proof bourbon is consistently one of the highest rated high-rye bourbons in the world. It is an incredibly smooth bourbon at an affordable price.

HOW WE MADE IT
We select our barrels and blend them to create a bourbon with just the right amount of rye spice. Once we have hit that magic flavor profile, we then add our twice-filtered incredibly pure reverse-osmosis water to bring it down to the perfect sipping/cocktailing strength of 90 proof. We choose not to chill filter in order to leave as much of that great flavor as possible.

TASTING NOTES
Eye: Copper
Nose: Oak and spice driven with notes of caramel, vanilla, cherry, pine, cocoa, and pepper. A frosting-like sweetness with a bit of a nutty nose.
Palate: Oak, dark fruit, black licorice, vanilla, chocolate orange, currant, honey, pepper, and mint.
Finish: Spice, oak, caramel, and mint.
Overall: Well balanced for hIgh rye bourbon without being a spicebomb.

HOW TO USE IT
This is one of the few reasonably priced bourbons that can be both a great sipper and blends beautifully into a quality cocktail. Our bourbon makes top notch Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, and it goes especially well in a Sazerac because of it’s high rye content.
