Lemon, white pepper, chalky, yeasty, oxidative with a touch of smokey reduction. This Burgenland white blend has an excellent steely acidity and a few days skin contact give it an extra layer of chewy texture. The wine has had dedicated, loyal Flatiron following for its wild character, clean finish and lip smacking acidity.
