Wine Notes
Sauvage is an orange Albarino with no sulfites added. Continuous maceration period from fermentation to bottling, fermented with native yeasts and stirred 3 times/day then transferred on the skins to amphora for further aging. Selected from a 50-year old trellised Albarino vineyard 1km from the sea. No fining/filtering and no sulfites added (no detectable sulfites)
