The Red Poppy is wonderful, it's a symbol of beauty, hope and diversity.
A Poppy field is filled with wild bees, bumblebees, other flies and locusts, which themselves attract a procession of birds and insectivorous mammals.

This sparkling Poppy does not contain grapes. It's simply water, fresh petals, organic sugar, wild yeast and a pinch of pollen. It ferments very slowly, then we bottle just before the end to make the bubbles.

Otherwise it's flowery, aromatic, to drink very chilled in a field of flowers in good company.
