Intense and steely nose of white fruit, green apple and citrus. The palate is a little riper whilst still intense, with white flowers followed by lime and crunchy green apple. Nicely textured with a little bit of body, the acidity is sherberty and mouth-watering resulting in a juicy, refreshing finish.
