Pet Nat or petillant natural is a natural sparkling wine made with close to no intervention. There is nothing added or disgorged, which is why there is a slight cloudiness and a natural lees deposit.

This label is the creation of NYC artist Lucas Lovejoy. The name Horatio is an homage to Hoartio Alger, the American author whose writings where characterized by the 'rags to riches' narrative which had a formative effect on the United States from 1868 until his death in 1899. Horatio is also Lucas' alter ego, and is presnt in all of his artworks.
