Biodynamic agriculture without the use of SO2. Alcoholic fermentation with native spontaneous yeasts in truncated cone foudres and aged for 10 months in old 228 l French oak barrels.

Jean-Pascal and Jean-Marie apply the Burgundian touch to this elegant, mineral-driven, Syrah from la vallée du Rhône in the South.
