Rosh is a wine produced following the Abruzzo tradition using mainly red Montepulciano grapes with a small part of white Trebbiano grapes, to give freshness and great drinkability. Semi-carbonic fermentation, obtained by pressing the whole grapes poured into the cement tank with the feet; submerged cap fermentation for a week, then pressed and left to refine first in cement then in steel and fiberglass. Strawberry and cherry like a lollipop for an everyday drink.
