Produced in the Lazio region of Central Italy, the wines of Le Coste are the epitome of natural. The vines are planted in a scattered combination of selection massale and ungrafted native grape varieties. A field blend of handpicked Procanico, Malvasia, Roscetto, Romanesco and Petino and made with some skin contact and without any additives, not even adding sulfur. A liter of cloudy, convivial wine.
