Leopold Bros. award winning New York Sour Apple Liqueur is made from the finest sweet and tart apples harvested from New York State and is completely free of perservatives, artificial colors and artificial flavors. Fresh apple juice from these apples is strained from its fruit pulp then blended with Leopold Bros. eau-de-vie and raw cane sugar before it is added to Leopold Bros. sour mash and bottled by hand. All Leopold Bros. fruit liqueurs are wonderfully versatile and make everything from pure and intensely flavored cocktails to phenomenal cooking ingredients.
