blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and Groulleau, some of which undergoes carbonic maceration and some of which is destemmed. No oak, this is a juicy and bright red with good ripeness and texture. There's more here than a simple glou glou wine, but that doesn't mean it's not supremely drinkable. Great with a slight chill, with or without food (but if you're looking for suggestions, try it with grilled meats or bbq!).
