An earthy natural rosé. Regal, elegant and with dense red and black fruit notes. Strawberries, cranberries, smoke and earth on the nose. The palate is dry, mineral and coppery, with a medium acidity. Tannins are supple, yet present. Refreshing but still complex. Try with cured meats or cold cuts.
