Merlot from "Las Violeta" (Canelones) and Muscat Ottonel was rescued from abandoned vineyards in "Rincón Del Cerro".

Hand harvested, fermented separately - Merlot was the first to been harvested, looking for low alcohol content and a lot of freshness, while the Muscat Ottonel was harvested at the maximum point of maturation, macerated with skins for a week to provide aromatics and body.
