Notes
This Pinot Grigio was natively fermented on skins for seven days. The time on skins gave this normally pale wine an intense ruby hue and wild notes to match. The Ramato was made using certified sustainable fruit and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
The wine has these wonderful savory qualities with dried fruit components but also a bright freshness; it combines the refreshing qualities of a white or rosé but has the textural richness of red wine
