Seriously chuggable, this zero-zero blend is medium-bodied and clean as a whistle, with crunchy black fruit, black pepper and succulent, chewy tannins. There’s enough meat on its bones to team meat if that’s your thing, but it also works brilliantly with roasted veg, anything smokey (Romesco sauce!) or spicy avocado toast (tested!) Serve slightly chilled
