Olivier Minot is the winemaker at Domaine des Charbonnieres in southern Beaujolais. The grapes are farmed organically and the wines are vinified native yeast and bottled without any filtering or fining. This wine was made especially for Selection Massale and only available for a brief part of the year each vintage. -Tristen Gild
