Yellow Bird Tennessee Whiskey is traditional Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey. Robust and full bodied. Caramel and hints of baking spices, with cinnamon as the prominent flavor spice. Layers with pipe tobacco and vanilla with lingering – slightly smokey, oak-y, fresh bread finish.

Tennessee and the Appalachian Region have a rich history coal mining. These hard working and courageous miners helped establish the state and its modern economy.
